Automated DMS Quote Setup in RepairLink

RepairLink allows you to push RepairLink Shop orders directly to your DMS, potentially removing the need to log in to RepairLink to push an order to your DMS. This feature is set up individually for the desired Trading Partners. 

Notes:


To set up specific Trading Partners for automatic quotes:

  1. From the RepairLink tab, click Application Setup

  2. Click Trading Partner Configuration.

  3. In the Trading Partner List, double-click on the desired Company Name to open the Trading Partner details.

  4. If the Trading Partner has a specific DMS Customer Number, verify or enter it in the provided field.

  5. Choose Automated from the DMS Order Processing drop-down menu.

  6. When finished, click Save.
  7. The automated process requires the DMS Counter Person ID of the sales person/people assigned to the Trading Partner accounts you set up. Verify their user account setting includes their respective DMS Counter Person ID. (Learn more about Setting Up DMS Counter Person IDs.)
