For dealers that use either the CDK or Procede DMS, RepairLink allows you to set up two different orders types:
- Pick Tickets: Push RepairLink Shop orders directly to your DMS, potentially removing the need to log in to RepairLink to push an order to your DMS.
- Quotes: Bring RepairLink Shop orders into RepairLink for review and transfer to your DMS using DMS Connect.

- DMSConnect can also be used with Payments Powered by OEC in RepairLink to process parts‑order transactions. Users interested in setting up this connection can find enrollment instructions in the article Getting Started with Payments Powered by OEC.
There are two steps to set up your RepairLink for Pick Tickets or quotes:

To set up Pick Tickets or quotes in DMS Connect:
- From the RepairLink tab, click Application Setup.
- Click DMS Connect.
- Choose Pick Ticket or Quote from the Default DMS Order Type drop-down menu. (You cannot choose both options.)
- When finished, click Save.
- From the RepairLink tab, click Application Setup.

If desired, specific Trading Partners can be set up for automatic Pick Tickets or quotes, removing the need to manually create them on your end. (This is not required.)
To set a Trading Partner to have automatic Pick Tickets or quotes:
- From the RepairLink tab, click Application Setup.
- Click Trading Partner Configuration.
- In the Trading Partner List, double-click on the desired Company Name to open the Trading Partner details.
- If the Trading Partner has a specific DMS Customer Number, verify or enter it in the provided field.
- Choose Automated from the DMS Order Processing drop-down menu.
- When finished, click Save.
- The automated process requires the DMS Counter Person ID of the salesperson/people assigned to the Trading Partner accounts you set up. Verify their user account setting includes their respective DMS Counter Person ID. (Learn more about Setting Up DMS Counter Person IDs.)
- From the RepairLink tab, click Application Setup.
