Managing Trading Partner Details from a Transaction in RepairLink (Administrators Only)

Dealer Admins can now open Trading Partner Settings directly from within a RepairLink transaction.

Accessing Trading Partner Details in a Transaction

  1. From the RepairLink Overview, open a transaction.
  2. In the upper-right area of the transaction, locate the action bar above the Buyer Request section.

  3. Depending on the Trading Partner status:
    • If the Trading Partner is new, click Add Trading Partner.

    • If the Trading Partner has already been configured, click Trading Partner Details.

  4. The Trading Partner Details window opens. Review or update the following fields as needed:
    • Trading Partner Status: Control whether the Trading Partner is active and whether part numbers are visible.

      The options are:
      • Enable this shop as a trading partner
      • Disable this shop as a trading partner
      • Hide part number from shop.
    • I want to manage: Select the configuration scope.

      The options are
      • General Information
      • Default Pricing Formulas
      • Seller Defined Fields
      • Inventory Visibility.
  5. Scroll down if needed then click Save to apply changes.
