Ford RepairLink Gold, Silver, Bronze Incentive Program Results

Starting on January 1st, 2025, Ford Certified Parts Wholesale Dealers (CPWDs) selling through RepairLink can earn up to 4% in Bonus rebates by reaching the performance targets below. 

How It Works

Ford will continue to provide a 5% independent repair shop rebate on RepairLink through the FAMS program. Plus, dealers can earn up to an additional 4% BONUS rebate based on their RepairLink Scorecard performance tier level.

Tier Level results for the month will be finalized 5 business days into the following month. Rewards will be paid out 3 months after the qualifying month.

For example, if a dealer qualifies for Gold-level performance in January, they will earn a 4% reward on transactions made in March and will receive the payout in April.

Dealers will have a new chance to qualify for Gold, Silver, and Bronze performance levels each month. You can review additional program details here: Gold Silver Bronze Program Details.pdf.
