Enabling/Disabling PartsTech Integration in RepairLink

KB Article #8781

RepairLink allows you to enable or disable your PartsTech integration at any time. Important: Disabling the PartsTech integration will only prevent you from receiving future orders. Any orders that you have already received should be processed or cancelled

When enabled:

  • PartsTech shops can locate your dealership in a supplier search.
  • Shops can select your dealership as part of the parts-search process and add your dealership as a preferred supplier.
  • PartsTech shops can send orders to your dealership through RepairLink.
  • Your dealership can review and respond to orders received, automatically sending completed orders back to the shop in PartsTech.

When disabled:

  • PartsTech shops cannot locate your dealership in a supplier search.
  • Shops can no longer select your dealership as part of the parts-search process--even if they previously sent you orders.
  • No new PartsTech orders will be sent to your dealership. Existing orders will need to be cancelled or processed

PartsTech integration is automatically enabled to ensure all dealers can take advantage of these increased order opportunities. Want to see how this integration can benefit your dealership? Learn more here!
