RepairLink Shop users that submit an order to you do not have the ability to cancel an order. Repair facilities may contact you to notify you that the entire order is to be cancelled.
To cancel an order in RepairLink:
- Locate the order on the RepairLink Overview window and double-click to open it and view the details.
- Click Cancel Order at the bottom of the Order Details window.
- Click Yes, cancel to cancel the entire order.
