How to Tell if a CollisionLink Dealer Order Qualifies for a Parts Program

KB Article #698

CollisionLink uses OEM-sponsored programs (known as PMA--Parts Marketing Administration) that allow dealerships to compete with aftermarket vendors. When processing your CollisionLink transactions, you may see a dollar-sign icon on parts that may qualify for an OEM-sponsored discount program. Click on the icon to see details about the specific program.

698_UpsellParts2.jpg - If a green dollar sign icon displays, an OEM discount applies off a part’s OE-list price.

698_UpsellParts3.jpg - If a red dollar sign icon displays, this non-OE part is either a MyPriceLink part or part of an OEM-sponsored price-matching program. You could have OEM funds to price match the OE part against the non-OE. Note: MyPriceLink is not a price-matching program.

698_UpsellParts4.jpg - If a blue dollar sign icon displays, this non-OE part may qualify for an OEM-sponsored price-matching program. Enter an OE part number to see if it’s eligible for OEM-price matching if sold against the non-OE part.

8659_WritePercentage1.jpg - If a red X icon displays, the part is disqualified from parts program eligibility due to not reaching an OEM-specified minimum dollar amount, also known as the OE Write Percentage (%) Qualification.

698_UpsellParts5.jpg - If the red and green icon displays, the part may qualify for both a dealer and a shop program. Click the icon to view the programs the part may qualify for.

Note: In the Order Status section, if the OE Part # did not pre-populate, you will have to type the part number in to see if it qualifies for price matching.
