CollisionLink Alert: Please Check Your DMS Customer Number

KB Article #4447

If you are subscribed to DMS Connect, CollisionLink will connect to your DMS to retrieve OE part pricing data—based on the DMS Customer Number configured in OEC for the buyer--upon opening an order. If the DMS Customer Number passed is invalid or not set up in CollisionLink, the following alert will display at the top of the order details window and N/A will be displayed in the DMS Cust # field.
