Orders must be processed and shipped the same day for next day delivery. If you do not have a standard daily pick up, you will need to call FedEx (800-463-3339) or schedule online at FedEx.com.

Notes:
- D2D Express payments will appear on the GM parts statements.
- Refer to the following documents for assistance in processing GM shipped orders:

Note: You may find it useful to add filters to the top row to sort these Excel files. (Click here for more information on filtering data in a range or table in Excel.)
- Use your dealership's FedEx account number when calling FedEx for a booking number. Your account number will be used to schedule the pickup. The shipping label created in D2D Express will be charged to the GM account.
- Once an order has been confirmed, you cannot cancel the order/stop the sale.
- Any order that has been committed to but does not have a shipping label created will be automatically cancelled at the end of the day. This will change the Status in the Committed Sales section of the D2D Express Overview to Auto Cancelled.
- If you did not print your shipping label the same day you confirmed your order and the transaction is no longer in D2D Express, you may be able to reprint it by going directly to the FedEx website.
- If assistance is needed with a SPRINT invoice adjustment, dealership personnel should contact GM Customer Care and Aftersales.
- If you receive an international SPRINT request, you may be required to complete a commercial invoice form. (For more details see Global Connect message GCUS-9-11622.)
To process a GM D2D Express order:
- There are several ways to get to the D2D Express opportunity window:
- When new opportunities arrive, a D2D Express real-time notification displays in the upper right-hand corner of any window. Click the notification to access the D2D Express Overview.

On the D2DLink console window, under D2D Express Opportunities click on View All.

- Review your current opportunities on the Available tab.
Notes:- The tab notification badge shows how many opportunities you have available.
- If needed, use the Filter by OEM option to locate transactions for one or more OEMs.

- Verify that you have the part in stock, then click Commit for the offer you want to accept.
- If you are the first dealer to respond to the order, it will automatically be moved to the Committed tab. Once you have committed to the sale, you must complete the shipment on the same day. Otherwise, you will lose the sale.
- When ready, go to the Committed tab to set up shipping for your orders.
- Click Ship to begin the shipping process. Note: From this tab, you can also click the down arrow in the Details column to view more information about the order or to cancel it.
- Delivery options with GM are assigned based on the dealer's delivery radius and the package dimensions. Choose the option below that applies to your shipment:

- The Shipment window will open. Confirm the order details. Note: To cancel the order from here, click Stop Sale.
- Scroll down to the Shipment Information section.
- Complete the following information:
- The Dropoff type defaults to Regular Pickup. If needed, select a different Dropoff type from the drop-down menu.
- The Pickup date will default to today’s date. If needed, select the next business day from the drop-down menu.
- The Package type defaults to Your packaging. If needed, select a different Package type from the drop-down menu.
- If required, type the Shipment Weight, and the package Height, Width, and Length.
- When ready, click Add.
- If there are multiple shipments in the order, repeat steps b-e in the new package row to add another package. Note: To edit any of the package information you previously added, click the edit icon (
).
- The Dropoff type defaults to Regular Pickup. If needed, select a different Dropoff type from the drop-down menu.
- Once all the shipping information has been confirmed and entered, click Submit.
- Click Yes to confirm the shipment.
- To print the shipping label, click the print Label icon (
). Note: A tracking number will be assigned to the shipment. You have 24 hours to ship your package. If you need to update the package information, click Modify Shipment.
- The FedEx shipping label will display in a new tab. Print the label for the shipment, then close the tab when ready to return to D2D Express.
- The Shipment window will open. Confirm the order details. Note: To cancel the order from here, click Stop Sale.

- Click Confirm Shipment to confirm the shipment.
- Confirm the order details, then click Confirm Shipment. Note: To cancel the order from here, you can click Stop Sale.
- Depending on the postal code, FedEx may not be able to deliver your package. Go to the article, Selecting RXO (Logistics Shipping) for GM Canada and U.S. Orders in D2D Express, for more information about continuing the shipping process if FedEx is unable to deliver the order.
