Due to shipping limitations, FedEx will decline to create a shipping label if they do not service a specific postal code. Dealers can change the shipping method from FedEx Freight to Logistics Shipping to continue the shipping process.
To select RXO shipping for an order:
- From the Committed tab, click the down arrow in the Details column to view the shipping options for the order.
- Click the Ship Method drop-down arrow and select RXO.
- Click Ship.
- A Shipment confirmation window will open to let you know the preferred carrier for the order. To continue shipping with RXO, click Continue.
- Review the order details in the shipping window. Note: You may also change the shipping carrier from the Ship Method drop-down menu in the Ship To section.
- Scroll down to the Shipment Information section.
- Enter a 7-digit Tracking Number.
- Click Add.
- To confirm the shipment, click Yes.
- To print the shipping information, click the print icon.
- The print window will open in a new tab. Print the information for the shipment, then close the tab when ready to return to D2D Express.
