RepairLink Shop users that order from participating Toyota STAR Elite dealers will receive an additional 7-10% off dealer list price on select parts in the following part categories:
- Engine Parts
- Electrical
- Ignition
- Brakes/Steering
- Powertrain
- Exhaust
- Fuel
When the shop locates the Toyota Mechanical Parts Program (TMPP) qualifying part and views the pricing details, the Promotion column will display the star icon when the promotional discount applies. The discounted buyer cost will display in the Net Price column.
To process an order that contains one or more parts that qualify for the Toyota Mechanical Parts Program:
- Access the RepairLink Overview window to view your order transactions.
- The Program column on the RepairLink Overview window will display Toyota Mechanical Parts Program if one or more parts in an order qualify.
- Double-click the order to view its details.
- Parts that qualify for the program will be displayed in the Buyer Request section of the Order Details window.
- Each qualifying part will be designated with the program icon (
). Click the icon to display the Toyota Mechanical Parts Program information. Note: The icon indicates the shop has already received the discount.
- Your reimbursement amount will display in the Reimb $ column.
- The Net Buyer Cost column displays the discounted price that the shop pays for the part.
- Each qualifying part will be designated with the program icon (
- Click the plus (
) sign to add the part to the order.
- After the order drops down to the Response to Buyer section:
- Review your Delivery option and change as necessary. (Learn more about reviewing or updating the Order Delivery option.)
- Type in an Invoice #.
- Click the Avail Date box and select an appropriate date from the calendar.
- Click the Time of Day.
- Click Submit/Commit.
- Click Submit to finalize the transaction and print the Invoice Parts report.
