Disabling a RepairLink Trading Partner

RepairLink's Shop Access Controls gives you the ability to limit parts information presented to specific repair shops—like those outside your local delivery area. Shops that you no longer want to do business with can be disabled as Trading Partners—removing their ability to pull you up as a supplier, view your parts information, and order parts.

To disable a Trading Partner:

1. From the RepairLink tab, click Application Setup.
   
2. Click Trading Partner Configuration.
   
3. Click on a Trading Partner from the Trading Partner List to select it and click View Details.
    
4. Select Disable this shop as a trading partner from the Trading Partner Status drop-down.
   
5. Click Save.
6. When finished, click the Back button at the top of the left-hand navigation menu to close.
