Viewing the RepairLink Info Center

The RepairLink Info Center displays VIN details, order information, notes, photos, and an event log for tracking order progress. 


To view the Info Center:

  1. From the RepairLink Overview, locate the transaction and double click to view its details.
  2. Click Info Center.

  3. The Info Center will display. Click on the following tabs to view additional information about the order:
    • VIN Details allows you to view the options on the vehicle to service your customer quickly and more accurately.

    • Order Info shows summary information about the order, including vehicle, buyer, and pricing details.

    • Notes give you the ability to view the shop notes and send notes back to the shop. (Click here for more information.)

    • Photos can help clearly communicate the parts needed on an order. View shop photos or add your own to the order. (Click here for more information.)

    • Event Log provides users with key details about the history of a specific order and tracks the progress of the order during the fulfillment process.

      The Event Log automatically provides date and local time stamps for the following events:
      • Order Created: When the shop places an order in the shopping cart. 
      • Order Opened: When the order is first opened by the dealer.
      • Dealer Responded: When the dealer responds to your order.
      • Order Canceled: When the order is declined/canceled. 
        Note: Only the dealer may cancel an order. 
      • Order Committed: When the order is committed to by the dealer. 
      • Payment Status Update: Creates a timestamp each time the order receives a new status. Note: The Username will be blank.
      • Payment Paid Out: When the order is paid to the dealer by OEC.
        Note: The Username will be blank.
