Setting an OE List Promo Formula in CollisionLink

KB Article #8860

CollisionLink dealers can configure an OE List Promo pricing formula to enable the system to automatically calculate the Sell Price and OE Reimbursement for OE List Promo parts.

IMPORTANT: This feature is currently only available for Ford and Stellantis

Notes:

  • If OE List Promo configuration is not set, the system will default to the standard OE List price setup.
  • OE List Promo pricing only applies for Discount List Minus scenarios.

There are two steps to enable this functionality:

  1. Create the OE List Promo pricing formula.
  2. Assign the formula to Trading Partners.
