The Parts Loyalty Program pays your shop a percentage of qualifying OEM parts purchases back as a rebate. Orders placed through TraxCollision or CollisionLink automatically count toward your earnings. Two programs are available — Ford and Nissan/INFINITI — and your shop may qualify for one or both. ValuTrax parts qualify under either program.
Choosing a Payment Method
Both programs offer two payment options. You select your preference during enrollment.
- Virtual Card: A digital prepaid card loaded with your rebate funds. Usable anywhere cards are accepted, for as many transactions as needed until the balance runs out. After accepting Terms and Conditions, you'll receive an email with instructions to create your account at cardholder.virtualrewardcenter.com. Ford and Nissan/INFINITI rebates are issued on separate cards — they are never combined.
- ACH Direct Deposit: Rebate funds are deposited directly into your checking account. Banking information is collected securely; neither OEC nor the automaker sees your full account number. Note: Only checking accounts are accepted — savings accounts are not eligible.
Enrolling in the Program
Independent shops (not part of an MSO) enroll themselves in under 10 minutes. Each shop location requires its own enrollment. Shops affiliated with Classic Collision, CollisionRight, or Vive are enrolled by their corporate office — no action is needed at the shop level.
If you are an independent shop, to enroll in the program:
- Log in to your TraxCollision or CollisionLink account.
- Click the Rebates tab in the upper right corner.
- Select Parts Loyalty Program from the left navigation menu.
- Complete the enrollment form — the system will identify all programs you qualify for.
- Select your payment method: Virtual Card or ACH Direct Deposit.
- Agree to the Terms and Conditions, then click Submit.
- Record your assigned Parts Loyalty ID for future reference.
You enroll once. The program runs each quarter automatically as long as you remain eligible and active. Re-enrollment is not required.
Ford Program

-
Your shop qualifies for the Ford program if it falls into one of the following groups:
- Independent shop that is Ford Certified Collision Network (FCCN) certified and not part of an MSO
- Part of the Certified Collision Group (CCG) network
- Part of the Classic Collision MSO network
- Part of the CollisionRight MSO network
- Part of the Vive MSO network
Not yet FCCN certified? Visit ford.com/ford-certified-collision-network to review requirements and apply. FCCN-certified shops earn an additional 1% bonus rebate on every qualifying dollar spent.
-
Your Ford rebate is made up of three components, applied to qualifying spend of at least $5,000 per quarter through CollisionLink or TraxCollision.
- Growth Rebate (1–4%): Based on how much your OEM parts spending has grown compared to the same quarter last year. Shops with no prior-year purchase history are measured against a $15,000 baseline, so first-time participants can earn from day one.
- FCCN Certification Bonus (+1%): Active FCCN-certified shops earn an additional 1% on top of their growth rebate.
- Loyalty Bonuses (up to +1% total): Shops where more than 75% of parts purchases are OEM earn an additional 0.5%. Shops at 85% or higher earn a second 0.5%.
Growth vs. Last Year Base Rebate FCCN Bonus Loyalty (75–84.99%) Loyalty (85%+) Max Total 10% growth 1% +1% +0.5% +0.5% 3% 15% growth 2% +1% +0.5% +0.5% 4% 20% growth 3% +1% +0.5% +0.5% 5% 25% growth 4% +1% +0.5% +0.5% 6% Example: Your shop spends $20,000 in Q1 vs. $16,000 in Q1 last year — 25% growth. As an FCCN shop with 80% OEM utilization, you earn 4% + 1% + 0.5% = 5.5%, or $1,100 back.
-
Rebates are calculated and paid quarterly. Funds are disbursed within 45 days after each quarter ends.

Nissan/INFINITI Program
Click an option below to learn more:
- Any U.S.-based repair shop can enroll in the Nissan/INFINITI Direct Rebate Program. No special certification is required. Nissan- or INFINITI-certified shops earn an additional 1% bonus on top of their standard rebate rate.
-
Rebates are based on your OEM parts utilization rate — the percentage of your total parts spend that goes toward genuine Nissan or INFINITI OEM parts. Bonus tiers apply for certified shops and RepairLogic subscribers at 50% utilization or higher.
OEM Parts Utilization Rebate Rate Example (at $3,200/mo spend) 65–74.99% 5% $2,080–$2,400 qualifying → 5% 75–84.99% 10% $2,400–$2,720 qualifying → 10% 85% or more 20% Over $2,720 qualifying → 20% 50–100% (bonus) +1% if Nissan/INFINITI Certified Applies on top of base rebate 50–100% (bonus) +1% if RepairLogic subscriber Applies on top of base rebate Example: Your shop has $3,200 in monthly Nissan/INFINITI parts spend at 80% OEM utilization, and you're Nissan Certified. You earn 10% + 1% = up to $352 back that month.
RepairLogic is OEC's repair planning platform. Subscribing qualifies your shop for the +1% bonus if you're already at 50% or higher OEM utilization.
- Rebates are made available by the end of the month following the month in which they were earned. Individual orders can take up to 60 days from placement to process in the rebate system.
Frequently Asked Questions
Common FAQs about both programs are addressed below.
I have no purchase history from last year. Can I still earn?
- Yes. If your shop has no purchases in the prior year's quarter, Ford uses a $15,000 baseline for comparison, so you can still earn growth rebates from the start.
Will I get a separate Virtual Card just for Ford, or will it be combined with other programs?
- You'll receive a separate Virtual Card specifically for your Ford rebates. If you're also enrolled in another OEM's program (like Nissan), those rebates go to the card for that OEM.
How do I check my Virtual Card balance?
- Once your card is set up, manage it at cardholder.virtualrewardcenter.com. You can view your balance, card number, CVV, expiration date, and full transaction history at any time.
I'm already in CCG, Classic Collision, Collision Right, Vive. Do I need to do anything to enroll?
- No. Your corporate office enrolls all locations on your behalf. You don't need to take any action.
Do I need to re-enroll every quarter?
- No. You enroll once, and the program runs each quarter automatically as long as you remain eligible and active.
Do I need to be Nissan or INFINITI certified to participate?
- No. Any U.S. shop can enroll. Certification earns you an extra 1% bonus rebate, but it's not a requirement to get started.
What is RepairLogic, and is it worth it?
- RepairLogic is OEC's repair planning platform. It helps your team quickly build accurate, OEM-based repair plans. Subscribing automatically qualifies you for an extra 1% rebate bonus on top of your standard rate — and it only applies if you're already at 50% or higher OEM utilization.
I enrolled, but my rebates aren't showing in the Rebates dashboard. What's wrong?
- Nothing is wrong. The Rebates dashboard in TraxCollision tracks a different program. Your Parts Loyalty earnings are in the Parts Loyalty Program section, not the Rebates tab.
