The RepairLink Transactional PMA (TPMA) program offers shops a discount based on cart total for qualifying parts purchased from qualified dealers.
Notes:
- This qualifying rate and discount amount will vary and are set by the manufacturer.
- The TPMA discount is independent of other PMA incentives, but orders may qualify for one or more PMA programs.
Program Features
(The qualifying rate and discount amount shown in the images may not reflect the actual rates applied to your transactions)
- On the RepairLink Order Details window, qualifying Transactional PMA (TPMA) parts display the green tag icon.
- As parts are added or removed from the Response to Buyer section, an alert will appear.
- When a qualifying part is added to the Response to Buyer section, the Discount box will display.
- If the shop returns a qualifying part, the refund amount is different than the Net Buyer Cost found on the Order Details window. For these parts, the refund amount is calculated by dividing the discount given among the qualifying parts (based on the part price) on the order.
- To locate the refund amount for TPMA parts:
- Click Print.
- Select Invoiced Parts from the drop-down menu.
- On the Invoiced Parts Summary, the Net Buyer Cost for qualifying parts includes a portion of the TPMA discount. Use this Net Buyer Cost amount when refunding parts.
Note: The Net Buyer Cost for qualifying parts on the Invoiced Parts Summary may be different than the amount on the Order Details window.
