In some cases, you may notice quotes in RepairLink display information that does not match your DMS:
- Parts listed in the quote may display an incorrect price.
- Parts listed may display the default RepairLink price with an alert that the DMS price imported as $0.00.

This can be caused by a number of issues, including, but not limited to:
- Parts have not been added to your DMS with proper pricing.
- Part numbers have been stored in a hidden source.
- Part numbers have been stored in multiple sources.
- Part numbers have been stored in the wrong account (CDK Only)
Parts have not been added to your DMS with proper pricing:
Parts must be set up in your DMS with valid pricing in order for RepairLink to show pricing or availability for each part number. If a part has not been set up in your DMS that a customer submits a RepairLink quote for, that part's pricing will be based on a default price and modified by any Trading Partner relationship you have configured in RepairLink:
- Cost plus.
- List minus.
- Trade or Fleet minus.
Part numbers have been stored in a hidden source:
DMS Connect can only access prices for a part if its information has been saved in an available source. Save the part in a non-hidden source in your DMS to allow proper pricing.
Part numbers have been stored in multiple sources.
If a part number has been stored in more than one source, DMS Connect does not know which price to show. As such, pricing will be based on a default price and modified by any Trading Partner relationship you have configured in RepairLink:
- Cost plus.
- List minus.
- Trade or Fleet minus.
Part numbers have been stored in the wrong account (CDK Only)
If you use CDK as your DMS program, you must store parts in your inventory (-I) account associated with the DMS Connect integration. Parts not stored in your -I account will not have accurate pricing when viewed in a RepairLink quote.
