  • Only dealers that have CDK Drive or Reynolds & Reynolds and a direct inventory feed setup with OEC will publish information to the Qty Available field.
    1763_EN7.jpg

Eligible dealers will now see a Qty Available column when locating a part under My Inventory, Locate Results, and e-commerce workflow sections, as well as in the Part Information screen. D2DLink Quantity Available FAQs

Click an option below to learn more:

    • Does an eligible dealer need to subscribe to the Inventory Updating – CDK Enhanced Product to have Qty Available published in D2DLink?

      • No, an Inventory Updating product is not required for the Qty Available field to populate in D2DLink.

How is Qty Available calculated for CDK?

      • Qty Available = (QoH – total quantity of receipted special orders that are not filled or closed in CDK).

Why do I show 0 in Qty Available?

      • The Qty Available field will show as 0 when QoH – total quantity receipted specials ordered that are not filled in CDK = 0. This means that based on the information we are receiving from CDK, all the QoH are spoken for, and none are available for sale.

Why does the Qty Available field show blank?

      • The Qty Available field will appear blank if the dealer doesn't use CDK Drive and a direct inventory feed to OEC.

Why does the Qty Available field show the same as the QoH?

      • The Qty Available field will show the same value as the QoH when the total quantity of receipted special orders is 0 or not showing a value on the file we are receiving.

Why does the Qty Available field show that a dealer has more available than on QoH?

      • The Qty Available field will show a greater value than the QOH, in cases where we receive negative amounts for the total quantity of received special orders. Quantity Available data has been corrected with a CDK fix that was released on October 14th via Patch # 2029654 for the OE9DOR software. If you still have concerns about the values you are seeing for “Quantity Available”, please contact CDK.
    • Does an eligible dealer need to subscribe to the Inventory Updating – Reynolds & Reynolds Enhanced Product to have Qty Available published in D2DLink?

      • No, an Inventory Updating product is not required for the Qty Available field to populate in D2DLink.

How is Qty Available calculated for Reynolds & Reynolds?

      • Qty Available = (Qty. on Hand – Qty. Pending Shipment).
      • Both of these fields can be found on your DMS, on the Part information screen in IGNITE and screen 2022 in ACCESS. Those screens list QOH, QPS, and QPR.

Why do I show 0 in Qty Available?

      • The Qty Available field will show as 0 when Qty. on Hand – Qty. Pending shipment = 0. This means that based on the information we are receiving from your DMS, all the QoH are spoken for, and none are available for sale.

Why does the Qty Available field show blank?

      • The Qty Available field will appear blank if the dealer doesn't use Reynolds & Reynolds and a direct inventory feed to OEC.

Why does the Qty Available field show the same as the QoH?

      • The Qty Available field will show the same value as the QoH when the Qty. Pending Shipment field is 0 or not showing a value on the file we are receiving.
