Whenever a new note or photo is received within an OEC solution, the following alert will display:
Shop notes can contain valuable information such as a request for a quote on a non-OEM part or a specific delivery date request. Reply back immediately to let the shop know you saw their request.
- From the CollisionLink tab, find your order and click Note in the Attachment column. (When a new note is received from a shop, the note indicator will display in green.)

From the Order Details tab, click Notes.
- The Note tab of the Info Center will display along with any notes from the shop.

- When finished, click the X in the upper right-hand corner of the Info Center to return to the Overview or Order Details window.
- From the CollisionLink tab, find your order and click Note in the Attachment column.

From the Order Details tab, click Notes.
- The Note tab of the Info Center will display along with any notes from the shop.

- Type your note in the field provided. (A maximum of 250 characters can be entered.)

- Click Add Note. Your note will be added to the order and display on the Note tab.

- When finished, click the X in the upper right-hand corner of the Info Center to return to the Overview or Order Details window.
- Notes that you add will be available to your shop within their CollisionLink solution.
