Adding and Viewing Photos for a CollisionLink Dealer Order

Shops and dealers have the ability to send photos along with an order. Whenever a new note or photo is received within an OEC solution, the following alert will display:

Use this feature for hard-to-identify parts or unique decals. 


To view photos on an order:  

  1. From the CollisionLink tab, find your order and click Photo in the Attachment column. (When a new photo is received from a shop, the photo indicator will display in green.)

    From the Order Details tab, click Photos.

  2. Photos sent by the shop will display within the Info Center.

  3. When finished, click the X in the upper right-hand corner of the Info Center to return to the Overview or Order Details window.

To add photos to an order:  

  1. From the CollisionLink tab, find your order and click Photo in the Attachment column.

    From the Order Details tab, click Photos.

  2. Click Choose File to locate the folder on your computer where photos are stored.

  3. Locate the photo on your computer and click to select.

    • Supported file types are jpg, bmp, and png. 
    • File size for photos is limited to 8 MB.
  4. Click Open.  
  5. Click Upload.

  6. Your image will be upload to the CollisionLink order.

  7. When finished, click the X in the upper right-hand corner of the Info Center to return to the Overview or Order Details tab.
