Shops and dealers have the ability to send photos along with an order. Whenever a new note or photo is received within an OEC solution, the following alert will display:
Use this feature for hard-to-identify parts or unique decals.
- From the CollisionLink tab, find your order and click Photo in the Attachment column. (When a new photo is received from a shop, the photo indicator will display in green.)

From the Order Details tab, click Photos.
- Photos sent by the shop will display within the Info Center.
- When finished, click the X in the upper right-hand corner of the Info Center to return to the Overview or Order Details window.
- From the CollisionLink tab, find your order and click Photo in the Attachment column.

From the Order Details tab, click Photos.
- Click Choose File to locate the folder on your computer where photos are stored.
- Locate the photo on your computer and click to select.

- Supported file types are jpg, bmp, and png.
- File size for photos is limited to 8 MB.
- Click Open.
- Click Upload.
- Your image will be upload to the CollisionLink order.
- When finished, click the X in the upper right-hand corner of the Info Center to return to the Overview or Order Details tab.
