Click on the Info Center menu option to open the CollisionLink Info Center window. Additional information about the order can be found within the Info Center:
- VIN Details allows you to view the options on the vehicle to service your customer quickly and more accurately. Click the blue VIN Options to see specific options available for the vehicle. (Not available for all manufacturers.)
- Order Info shows summary information about the order.
- Notes give you the ability to view the shop notes and send notes back to the shop.
- Photos can help clearly communicate the parts needed on an order. View shop photos or add your own to the order.
- Event Log provides users with key details about the history of a specific order.
