Declining/Canceling a CollisionLink Transaction

Transactions that you cannot fill can be declined/canceled. Note: PartsTrader orders with a Status of Order Confirmed cannot be canceled--you must contact the shop to cancel the order in PartsTrader.


To decline/cancel a transaction:  

  1. From the CollisionLink tab, double-click on the transaction you wish to decline.  
  2. The Order Details tab will display. Click the Cancel/Decline button at the bottom of the transaction.

  3. The Confirm window will display. Click Proceed.

  4. The transaction Status will change to Order Declined
