Transactions that you cannot fill can be declined/canceled. Note: PartsTrader orders with a Status of Order Confirmed cannot be canceled--you must contact the shop to cancel the order in PartsTrader.
To decline/cancel a transaction:
- From the CollisionLink tab, double-click on the transaction you wish to decline.
- The Order Details tab will display. Click the Cancel/Decline button at the bottom of the transaction.
- The Confirm window will display. Click Proceed.
- The transaction Status will change to Order Declined.
