RepairLink provides a real-time notification that displays in the upper right-hand corner of the window when new dealer orders arrive. Users can hover their mouse over the notification to review a summary or transactions received and click on one to view its details.
In addition to real-time notifications, RepairLink can be configured to send a notification to your email address or phone for one or all of the following transaction-related events:
- Sales: All Pending Transactions: When a new transaction is received.
- New Customer Alert: When a RepairLink Shop user adds your dealership as a supplier.
The notification email/text will only be sent if the event occurs during the days and times you set up in RepairLink Dealer Notifications.

To set up a notification:
- From the RepairLink tab, click Application Setup.
- Click Notification Setup from the left-hand side.
- Click on the Notification Event link that you want to receive notifications for.
- The selected event settings will display. Select the Active checkbox to enable the notification event.
- Type the email address that you would like to receive notifications in the Notification Emails field. (If entering multiple email addresses, use a semi-colon [;] with no spaces between each address.)

To send text notifications to a cell phone, use the following email addresses:
- United States carriers:

Notes:
- If you are an administrator and add contacts to the Notification Emails box, those contacts will receive notifications for all transactions, even if they are not the salesperson for that trading partner.
- If you are not an administrator and add contacts to the Notification Emails box, those contacts will receive email notifications only for trading partners' transactions for which you are the salesperson.
- Visit your cell-phone provider website for carriers not listed above.

To send text notifications to a cell phone, use the following email addresses:
- Select the Notification Days and Notification Hours range for receiving notifications.
- Click Save.
- When complete, click the Back button at the top of the left-hand navigation menu to close.
- Your new notification has been created. Be on the lookout for emails from messenger@oeconnection.com letting you know to take action within OEC!
