Adding Notes to a RepairLink Order

Repair facility notes can contain valuable information such as a specific delivery date or time request. Reply back immediately to let buyers know you saw their request.


To add notes to an order:

  1. From the RepairLink Overview, click Note in the Attachment column.

    -or-
    From the RepairLink Order Details window, click Notes.

  2. The Notes tab of the Info Center will display.
  3. Type your note in the box provided.

  4. Click Add Note. Your note will be added to the order and can be viewed on the Notes tab.
