Repair facility notes can contain valuable information such as a specific delivery date or time request. Reply back immediately to let buyers know you saw their request.
To add notes to an order:
- From the RepairLink Overview, click Note in the Attachment column.

From the RepairLink Order Details window, click Notes.
- The Notes tab of the Info Center will display.
- Type your note in the box provided.

- Click Add Note. Your note will be added to the order and can be viewed on the Notes tab.
