Add special pricing and market parts to your shops by creating Promotions in RepairLink. Promotions can include all parts or only specific parts from your inventory. Once created, they can be edited at any time.

Notes:
- Dealer Promotions can be used to help you properly set pricing for powertrain and accessory parts.
- Dealer Promotions may interact with other offers. For example, if a RepairLink Dealer Promotion overlaps with a manufacturer parts program, both promotions will be combined to calculate the discount. The system will display both the manufacturer icon and the dealer promotion icon on the Part Search, Shop Cart, and Dealer Order Details pages.
- Selecting the Bypass GPP option disables Gross Profit Protection (GPP) and allows the promotion to run as configured.
- For International/IC Bus, using the list price will use the DMS price. For all other values and OEMs, the manufacturer parts master price will be used.
- Selecting Net for the formula will result in an additional discount off of any shop discount set in RepairLink's Trading Partner Configuration or (if subscribed to DMS Connect) any discounts established for the DMS customer number.
- You can add up to 100 promotions at a time.
- (Mercedes-Benz Dealers Only): Be sure to enter only the core part number, removing any prefixes. (For example, to add part number A0004230184, exclude the A in the beginning.)
Once your promotion is created, an icon and your promotional message will display in RepairLink Shop beside any qualifying part numbers.
