DMSConnect Quote Integration with OEC Payments enables RepairLink to automatically add an OEC Pay note to DMS quotes. OEC Pay notes alert accounting departments that the invoice has already been paid through OEC Payments. Adding this note can help prevent duplicate charges and eliminate the need for manual reconciliation.

To integrate DMSConnect and OEC Payments for quotes in RepairLink:
- In the OEC Dealer Portal, go to the Payments tab.
- Select Settings from the left‑hand menu.
- Locate the DMS Connect Quote Integration section.
- Enable the desired options:
- Enable for Quote - When manually creating a quote in RepairLink Dealer, you can choose to include “OEC pay” for each quote.
- Enable for Automated Quotes - Eligible quotes created with the Automated Quotes feature in DMSConnect will have “OEC Pay” added to the comments.
- Click Save Configuration.
Once DMS integration is set up, the Include OEC Pay on quote comments checkbox will be selected automatically when creating quotes for any shop that has a payment method on file.
- To be eligible for DMSConnect integration with OEC Payments, dealers must meet the following requirements:
- Complete enrollment in OEC Payments
- Use DMSConnect
- Use CDK or Reynolds & Reynolds as their DMS.
- A RepairLink transaction is eligible for an OEC Pay note if:
- The order was placed through RepairLink.
- Payment was authorized through OEC Payments, including a card on file or approved payment method.
