Current Requirements:
- Dealers using CDK or Reynolds & Reynolds with one OEM on PSXLink.
- DMS Customer Number must be entered by dealer staff in CollisionLink/RepairLink's Trading Partner configuration. (Click below to view instructions if needed.)

To add the DMS Customer Number:
- From RepairLink or CollisionLink, click Application Setup.
- Click Trading Partner Configuration.
- The Trading Partner Configuration window displays. Double-click the desired customer to add or modify the DMS Customer Number.
- Enter the DMS Customer Number in the provided field and click Save.
- From RepairLink or CollisionLink, click Application Setup.

To add the DMS Customer Number:
The OEC Reimbursement Impact Reporting dashboard in PSXLink is a powerful new took designed to:
- Provide visibility into OEC platform reimbursement impact on dealership sales and profitability.
- Compare traditional $ tracked in the DMS versus post-reimbursement bottom line $.
- Highlight OEC platform use trends and reimbursement rates to support profitability growth.

To access the OEC Reimbursement Impact Reporting dashboard:
- From the PSXLink tab in the OEC Dealer Portal, click the Dashboards menu option and choose OEC Platform Reimbursement Impact from the drop-down.
- The dashboard is organized into two tabs: Summary View and Customer Details. Choose an option below to learn more about each tab.
- This view provides a high-level snapshot of your parts sales performance. It is organized into three main sections. (Click through the options below to learn more.)

Summary metrics are displayed by month in the center table, organized by platform (DMS, CollisionLink, and RepairLink).
- DMS data is in the blue columns.
- CollisionLink data is in the red columns.
- RepairLink data is in the green columns.
To display or hide certain columns, choose from the options in the Metrics drop-down menu.
To focus on specific criteria, use the Filter Panel on the left.- Click Apply Filters to apply them.
- Click Clear Filters to reset the data.
- Filter options include:
- OEM Brand
- DMS Account Number
- DMS Customer Name
- Customer Type
- Account Representative
- The pie chart in the lower left shows sales distribution by platform. Hover over each slice to see dollar amounts.
- The line graph displays Gross Profit Percentage (blue) and Adjusted GP Percentage (red) over the last ten months.

- The Customer Detail view helps analyze performance at the customer level. Use this view to identify which customers generate the most OEC sales and which ones are missing out on reimbursements. (Click through the options below to learn more.)

Customer Details breaks down metrics by customer account, organized by platform (DMS, CollisionLink, and RepairLink).

Each customer account line item can be expanded to show individual invoices.- Click the +/- next to a customer to view/hide invoices.

To view invoice-level data for a customer:
- Right-click on an account line item.
- Click Drill through and choose Invoices.
- All closed invoices display, organized in separate tables in the following order: DMS, CollisionLink, RepairLink.
- A green icon (
) in the DMS Match column of the CollisionLink or RepairLink tables indicate a matching invoice number has been detected in both the DMS data and the CollisionLink/RepairLink data.
- Click the +/- next to an invoice number to see the parts sold on that transaction.

To view the customer map, click Map from the top toolbar.
The Map view shows customer performance geographically, giving a visual representation where opportunities may be available by region. Each dot represents a customer.- Purple circles indicate high origination of sales through OEC platforms.
- Orange circles indicate opportunities to engage customers about utilizing OEC platforms.
- The size of the circle represents gross sales relative to the date range selected.
To focus the view on specific criteria, use the Filter Panel on the left.- Click Apply Filters to apply them.
- Click Clear Filters to reset the data.
- Filter options include:
- OEM Brand
- Date Range
- Customer Type
- DMS Account Number
- DMS Customer Name
- U.S. State & City

To view a scatter plot of customer activity, click Plot from the top toolbar.
The Plot view shows a chart of customer sales activity comparing DMS Gross Sales ($) on the x-axis and Adjusted Gross Profit (%) on the y-axis. Each dot represents a customer.- Purple dots indicate high origination of sales through OEC platforms.
- Orange dots indicate opportunities to engage customers about using OEC platforms.
- Hover over a dot/customer to view key performance data about that customer.
The goal is to target all dots in the lower left quadrant and increase eCommerce adoption. This will shift them to the upper right quadrant of the scatter plot, indicating high sales and high profit.

Exporting and Drilling into Data
To export data:
- Hover over any grid or chart and click the ellipsis (...) menu in the top right corner.
- Click Export Data and choose Excel.
Other Options- Drill Up / Down: Navigate between summary and detailed views.
- Show as Table: View raw numbers behind charts.
- Spotlight: Focus on one visual.
Tips and Best Practices- Review the dashboard monthly to track progress.
- Use filters to identify underperforming customers.
- Share Adjusted GP % and reimbursement gains with your management team.
- Target orange dots (low OEC usage) for outreach campaigns.
- Export data for quarterly business reviews (QBRs).
