PartsTrader Enrollment Process in CollisionLink

OEC and PartsTrader have combined their workflow functionality to allow you to process your PartsTrader Quotes and Orders through CollisionLink. For more information, visit https://go.oeconnection.com/clptintegration.

Before you can receive your first PartsTrader quote or order within OEC, you must complete a simple registration process. Once this process is completed, your PartsTrader monthly subscription fee will appear on your OEC invoice.


You must have a PartsTrader Username and Password to complete this process.


To register:

  1. From the CollisionLink tab, click Integration Setup.
  2. If your dealership supports multiple OEMs, select which OEM your PartsTrader subscription fee should be applied to on your OEC invoice. Note: You will only receive PartsTrader transactions for the OEMs that you have set up (enrolled) within CollisionLink.

  3. Click the Terms and Conditions link to review the subscription terms. (These will open in a new tab.) When finished, close the tab.

  4. Check the I agree to the Terms and Conditions box. (You must review and accept the Terms and Conditions before you can continue.)
  5. Click Continue.

  6. Verify the franchises listed are supported in your PartsTrader account. Click OK to proceed.

  7. The PartsTrader login window will display. Log into PartsTrader using your current credentials.

  8. Click Yes to allow quote requests and orders to display in CollisionLink.

  9. Within CollisionLink, you will see confirmation message that the setup was competed successfully. Click the X in the upper right-hand corner of the window to close.
  10. All future PartsTrader quotes and orders for the OEMs that you have a CollisionLink subscription for will display within CollisionLink.
    • Any quote or orders received in PartsTrader before you completed this setup must be processed within PartsTrader.
    • Supplemental quotes or orders must be processed within PartsTrader if the original quote or order was sent before setup was completed.
    • Quotes and orders for OEMs that you do not have a CollisionLink subscription for must still be processed within PartsTrader. (Click here for more information.)
