OEC Payments: Viewing Payout Details for Orders in Stripe

Dealers receive a payout email notification from Stripe when funds transfer from their Stripe account to their dealership's bank account. This generally occurs once per week.

Notes:

If you do not receive this notification, please check your Communication Preferences in your Stripe account (under Profile) and ensure Payouts is enabled.

Click an option below to get started:

To view paid order information:
1. Log in to your Stripe account:
  1. Click Review details about your payout from the email notification,
    -or-
  2. Use your Internet browser to navigate to https://dashboard.stripe.com/.
2. Click the Payments tab. (This should be the default tab upon logging in.)
3. Paid orders will display, showing the most recently paid orders first.
  
  Information includes:
  - Net amount paid (gross minus OEC fee)
  - Dealer invoice number
  - RepairLink/D2DLink order number
  - Gross order amount
  - OEC fee
4. From here you can:
  1. Use the tabs to view paid orders based on status (All, Succeeded, Refunded, Uncaptured, Failed).
  2. Click Filter to display paid orders within specific payment dates or date ranges.
  3. If needed, export the list of paid orders.
    1. Click Export on the right.
    2. Select your desired Date range and Columns to export, then click Export.
To view payout details:
1. Log in to your Stripe account:
  1. Click Review details about your payout from the email notification,
    -or-
  2. Use your Internet browser to navigate to https://dashboard.stripe.com/.
2. Click the Balances tab.
3. This tab details the following:
  1. Your current balance (the total of orders that have been paid but not yet transferred to your bank account).
  2. Payouts that have been recently deposited to your bank account.
4. Click a payout line item to view its details.
5. From here, you can view:
  1. A timeline of the order payout.
  2. A summary of the payout.
  3. Complete details of your bank account and transfer history.
