Once a transaction has been completed or cancelled, it will be automatically archived after 60 days. Archived transactions are available to view for 12 months, and then they will be permanently deleted from the archive. Note: A maximum of 250 results can be displayed at one time.
To archive a completed transaction:
- Click the D2DLink Overview tab.
- From the Overview tab, select Sales or Purchases from the Show Me drop-down.
- Click to highlight the transaction you wish to archive.
- Click Archive.
- The transaction will be removed from the Overview.
To view archived transactions:
- Click the D2DLink Overview tab.
- From the Overview tab, click View Archive.
- Use the search options to locate the transaction. Search options include:
- Transaction Type (Sales, Purchases, or Sales/Purchases)
- Transaction ID
- Company Name
- Date Range (This is a required field.)
- PO Number
- Click Search.
- From the search results, double click the correct transaction to view details.
