Once an order is processed within D2DLink, a record of that order and its status is stored on the D2DLink Purchases tab. Note: Only a D2DLink Administrator can view Tire Replenishment Tool purchases. Users and Administrators can view D2DLink purchases.
- From the D2DLink tab, click the Overview tab. If Purchases does not display in the Show Me box, select it from the drop-down.

From the My Orders section of the D2DLink Console tab, click Purchases. - Your purchases display in the All Transactions section.
Purchases will have one of the following statuses:
- Canceled: You have canceled the order or it has been denied by the seller.
- Completed: The order has been completed by the seller.
- New: You have created a new order or sent a request for a quote. Note: If an order has been in this status for a few days, the seller may not accept online orders. Call the dealer directly to follow up.
- Quote Accepted: You have accepted a quote request.
- Quote Ready: The seller has responded to a quote request.
- Working On: The seller has opened and is working the order.
Use the Info Center to view details of your Sales transactions.
- Click the D2DLink Overview tab.
- If Purchases does not display in the Show Me box, select it from the drop-down.

From the My Orders section of the D2DLink Console, click Purchases. - From D2DLink Overview, double-click a transaction to view its details.

To add a note:

- Click the Notes icon (
).
- Type your note in the text box.
- Click Add Note.
- Click the Notes icon (

- Click the X in the upper right-hand corner of the window to close the Info Center.
