Editing a Parts List in the D2DLink Parts List Manager

KB Article #3236

To get the most value out of your parts lists, they can be easily updated, modified, or expanded to include additional criteria. Lists that are no longer needed can also be deleted at any time. (Click here for more information on deleting lists.)

You can make the following types of changes to an existing list:

  • Change criteria values. (Example: Change Last Sales Date from 9 months to 12 months.)
  • Add additional criteria.
  • Delete criteria.
  • Exclude selected criteria. Note: DMS Source, Bin Location, Manual List are the only criteria with Exclude options. (Click here for more information on best practices for adding exclude criteria.)
  • Change your value(s) from At Least to At Most.
  • Change your value(s) from Include to Exclude.
  • Change the percentage discount that you've applied.
  • Add or replace parts on your manual list.

Note:

  • When exporting a manual list, only in stock parts will display in the file. Parts that are not in stock may be contained in the list--but will not display in the file until the parts are back in stock. To ensure a manual list always contains the correct parts--even if parts are out of stock--dealers should use the View My Manual List functionality. (Click here to learn more.)
