CollisionLink Transaction Status Definitions and Types

Based on the transaction type, CollisionLink transactions can have one of the following statuses or types:

CollisionLink and ProfitNet Quotes/Orders:

  • Backorder Pending: Parts on this order are on backorder. The Status column will display as Reviewing Order (Backorder Pending).
  • Buyer Responded: The shop has sent the order or a response to your quote.
  • New Order: The order has not been looked at by your dealership.
  • New Quote Request: A quote request has been sent, but not looked at by anyone at your dealership.
  • Order Completed: A non OEM-program order has been completed and sent to the shop.
  • Order Declined: The order has been cancelled and no parts were sold.
  • Order Opened: The order has been opened by someone at your dealership.
  • Quote Request Opened: The quote has been opened by someone at your dealership.
  • Responded To Order (Backorder Pending): Information about the order--which includes a part(s) in the Order Status section that are flagged as Back Ordered--has been sent to the shop through CollisionLink. Note: An asterisk (*), if included in the status, indicates the order has been updated since the last time a response was sent to the shop.
  • Responded To Order: Information about the order has been sent to the shop through CollisionLink. Note: An asterisk (*), if included in the status, indicates the order has been updated since the last time a response was sent to the shop.
  • Responded to Quote Request: Your dealership has sent information about the quote back to the shop.
  • Reviewing Order: The order has been viewed, printed, or someone is currently working the order.
  • Submitted For Reimbursement: An OEM-program order has been completed and a request for reimbursement has been sent to the automaker.

PartsTrader Quotes/Orders:

  • New Quote Request: A quote request had been received from PartsTrader.
  • Order Canceled: The shop has canceled the order.
  • Order Confirmed: The shop has accepted a dealer's changes to the order.
  • Quote Request Canceled: The shop has canceled the quote.
  • Quote Request Closed: The repairer has opened the job in PartsTrader to review all quotes from suppliers that responded.
  • Quote Request Declined: The quote has been cancelled by the dealer and no parts were sold.
  • Quote Request Opened: The quote has been opened by someone at your dealership.
  • Pending Shop Review: Changes made by the dealer need to be reviewed by the shop.
  • Responded To Quote Request: Information about the quote has been sent to the shop.
  • Reviewing Order: The order has been viewed, printed, or someone is currently working the order.
  • Reviewing Quote Request: The quote has been viewed, printed, or someone is currently working the order.

CollisionLink Transaction Types:

  • CCM: A reimbursement claim you have created based on a paper estimate.
  • CollisionLink Quote: A CollisionLink Shop transaction with quote requested parts only.
  • CIP: CollisionLink transactions sent through integration with a business management system (ProfitNet, Mitchell).
  • Order: An order sent from CollisionLink Shop.
  • PartsTrader Quote: An order request from PartsTrader.
  • PartsTrader Quote: A quote request from PartsTrader.
  • ProfitNet Order: An order request from the new ProfitNet web-based Business Management System (BDS).
