Notes and photos are a great way to communicate with your customers and receive updated information or additional details on a transaction. Whenever a new note or photo is received within an OEC solution, the following alert will display:
To view new notes or photos, simply click the Attachment column header to sort and display the most recent notes and photos at the top. (You cannot sort by the attachment column in ConsumerLink.) New notes or photos will be indicated by a green dot (
).
