Creating a D2DLink Favorites List

D2DLink allows users to add their preferred dealers to a Favorites list. When you do a part locate, your favorite dealers will display first on the Parts Results window. There are two ways to add Favorite (preferred) dealers to your locate results:

1. From Locate Results
2. From Application Setup

To add a dealer as a favorite from locate results:

1. From the D2DLink Console, type the part number in the Locate box.
2. If your dealerships serves multiple OEMs, select the OEM from the drop-down.
3. Click Locate.
   
4. The search results will display.
5. Click on the star icon to add a location as a favorite. The star will change from gray to yellow.
   
6. Click the X beside the part number tab to close.

To add a dealer as a favorite from Application Setup:

1. From the D2DLink tab, click Application Setup.
   
2. From Application Setup, click Buying on Locator.
   
3. From the Manage Favorites section, click Add next to the manufacturer you wish to add favorites for. 
   
4. The Search Companies window displays. Fill in your search criteria (Company Name, City, State/Province, Postal Code, and Search radius miles)
   
5. Click Search.
6. The list of companies that meet your criteria will display.
7. Click Add next to the name of the company you wish to add.
   
8. You will receive a notification that your favorites list has been saved.
   
9. Repeat steps 7 and 8 to add any additional dealers as Favorites.
10. When finished, click the Back button at the top of the left-hand navigation menu to close.
