Adding Your D2DLink Credentials to Microcat Live

Before you can locate parts through your Microcat Live EPC, you will need to add your D2DLink credentials to Microcat's Settings. Note: Customers needing additional information on using Microcat should call the Microcat Customer Service department at 888-929-5599.

To add D2DLink credentials:

1. From the Microcat Live main window, click the Gear icon.
   
2. Click Settings from the drop-down menu.
3. Click the Integration Settings tab.
   
4. Add the following information to the D2D Integration section:
   
   
   • OEM: Type your OEM ID (Ford=2, Ford Canada=88, GM=3).
   • URL: Type the following URL--3pi.oeconnection.com.
   • User name: Type your D2DLink username.
   • Password: Type your D2DLink password.
5. Select D2DLink from the Transfer to this system by default drop-down.
   
6. Once this is completed, you can now locate and order parts through D2DLink. (Click here for more information.)
