Participating CollisionLink dealers can use Program Reference Files to easily keep track of OEM fund information, including the total available funds for each OEM.
Your current available OEM funds display at the bottom of the Order Details window for qualifying orders. (Remaining funds information will only display if you have a valid funds amount for the current time frame.) 
Additionally, information of remaining funds will display on the Submit for Reimbursement window when processing qualifying orders. Funds Remaining will display a red exclamation symbol if you have exceeded your current fund limit. Orders can still be submitted if you have exceeded your current funds, but an additional order confirmation message will display. 
Although CollisionLink allows you to submit an order that exceeds your fund limit, the OEM will not pay for any dollars that exceed the limit.
