Setting Up Email Notifications for D2D Express

KB Article #1858

D2D Express provides a real-time notification that will automatically display in the upper right-hand corner of the window when new opportunities arrive. Users can click on the notification to quickly access the D2D Express Overview window to commit to and process orders.

In addition to real-time notifications, D2D Express can be configured to send an email automatically to recipients you choose when an order is awaiting your commitment.
