KB Article #3340
For orders you receive outside of CollisionLink, use the MyPriceLink Quote Search to find the right quote, view its details, export information to your DMS for invoice creation, and then submit for reimbursement when available. (DMS Invoice integration is available to CollisionLink subscribers who have a DMS that integrates with OEC.)
Notes:
- Look for a Yes in the Upsell Parts column to quickly tell if conquest opportunities are available on the quote.
- Since MyPriceLink provides real-time pricing based on market dynamics (as opposed to a static price tape), part pricing may vary from repair to repair.
- If a shop has modified/updated a quote after you've opened and saved it (whether you've made changes or not), an alert message will display the next time the quote is opened:
- Click the link to update the quote with the latest shop information. Note: Any pricing changes made could be lost when the quote is updated.
