KB Article #6562

EPCLink allows users to view inventory levels for all parts on an order and to quickly view inventory quantity without having to check additional sites or applications. EPCLink showcases part inventory from the PDC, other local dealers, and your own parts department--allowing you to communicate effectively with your customer and process orders with confidence knowing your inventory status.

Note: PDC inventory is available to all EPCLink users. To view your inventory and other dealer's inventory, you must have a RepairLink subscription.

    1. The PDC Results section displays the part quantity on hand information for your local, regional, or national parts distribution center—depending on the vehicle manufacturer.
    2. By default, dealers are sorted by distance with closest dealers appearing first.
    3. Honda, Ford, and GM only: If a nearby dealer has been marked as a Favorite Dealer, that dealer will appear first in the list with a star icon (6562_PartInventory1.jpg) next to it. (Learn more about Creating a D2DLink Favorites List.)
    4. In addition, each dealer's phone number is provided, along with the date their inventory was last updated.
    5. This data can be used to purchase inventory from a nearby dealer.
