If your shipping carrier allows modifications, package details for orders on the Confirmed tab can be changed.
To update package information:
- Go to the Confirmed tab.
- In the Edit column, click the pencil icon (
). Note: If the pencil icon is gray (
), your shipping carrier does not allow changes to the shipping information.
- Scroll down to the Shipment Information section, then click Modify Shipment.
- Click the pencil icon (
) to update the existing package information or enter information for a new package.
- When ready, click Commit Modify Shipment.
- Reprint the shipping labels if needed.
