D2D Express: Understanding Your D2D Express Window

All your D2D Express transactions can be reviewed from the D2D Express tab.

Opportunities and orders are organized into tabs based on their status:

Each tab includes:

  • Tab Notifications: Badges on each tab indicate the number of opportunities available there.

  • Filter by OEM: If you work with multiple OEMs, each tab includes an option to filter your results by OEM.

  • Print: Each tab includes the option to print a list of the orders on that tab.

Managing Orders by Tab

Orders are automatically moved through each tab based on the action taken (committed, confirmed, declined, or missed).

Available Tab

  • D2D Express opens on the Available tab.
  • Commit or Decline with one click.
  • Opportunities on the Available tab will be cleared as they expire or if they are committed by another dealer.
  • Auto Decline: Check the box to block the same part number from appearing again. You can commit or decline the part at the same time.
  • You can sort your opportunities by Time Remaining.

Committed Tab

  • Set up shipping from the Committed tab.
  • Cancel an order.
  • Orders are cleared from the Committed tab as they are Confirmed or at the end of the day.

Confirmed Tab

  • Review your shipped orders on the Confirmed tab.
  • Edit shipping information, if allowed by the carrier.
  • Print shipping labels and packing slips.

Missed Tab

  • Expired orders that are no longer available for sale are listed on the Missed tab.
  • Missed orders are cleared at the end of each day.

Declined Tab

  • The orders you have declined are shown on the Declined tab.
  • Declined orders are cleared at the end of each day. 

Declined Parts List

  • Click the Declined Parts List link from any tab to review your auto-declined parts list.
  • Add or remove parts that should be automatically declined.
