After your migration to the CDK Fortellis API is completed, parts can be grouped by source code.

On the Wholesale Summary dashboard, you may have noticed that the Sales Mix by Brand MTD pie chart displays your OE information by source code. These source codes can be mapped to your OE Type in the same way as they were previously done with the OEM Manager.

Important: You must have an Admin user role to perform this action.

To map source codes:

  1. From the PSXLink menu bar, click Preferences and then select OEM Manager.

  5. The source code changes color to red and adds a red asterisk (7678_OEMmanager4.jpg), indicating it is assigned to an OEM.

  6. Repeat this process for all source codes you want to add to the OEM.
  7. The Wholesale Summary dashboard Sales Mix by Brand MTD pie chart will update the following day. Any source codes left unassigned will remain on the dashboard as a source code number.

  8. Unassigned source codes will also appear by date range in Segments under OEM as Unassigned.
