Using the Active Clients Data Grid in PSXLink

The Active Clients data grid gives you quick access to each wholesale account's order patterns and trends. Click an option below to get started:

  • To use the Active Clients data grid:

    1. Choose Active Clients from the Customers drop-down menu.

    2. A list of all your active customers displays in the data grid.

      From here, you can: 
      1. Adjust the date range of Last Order.
      2. Refresh the page.
      3. Search for a specific client. 
      4. Customize the view you see. (Click here for more on customizing views.)
      5. Adjust the columns that display. 
      6. Clear any set filters. 
      7. Export the list via PDF, Excel, or CSV file. 
      8. Email the list. 
      9. Notes:
        1. Click the 6765_ActiveClients4.jpg icon for any column to set filters for that column. 
        2. The total number of clients in the list appears in the upper right and will update as filters are set. 
  • To view more details about a specific client in the detail panel:

    1. Click to highlight the client's row.

    2. From here, you can: 
      1. View their Profile information. 
      2. See who your Contacts are at that location. 
      3. Monitor their Performance reports.
      4. View their Order History
      5. Check their CRM Activity
  • The Active Clients grid displays sales and order data for the selected time period and data from the same period from the previous year. This allows you to compare performance results, spot trends, and identify growth opportunities.

    This information is displayed in the following columns:

    • Prior Period GP%
    • Prior Period Gross
    • Prior Period Orders
    • Prior Period Net Sales
    • Prior Period Return Date
    • Prior Period Return $.

    You can view active and upcoming sales efforts in the following columns:

    • Recent Follow-Up
    • Next Follow-Up.
