PSXLink allows you to create data reports to drill into specific details about your dealership's performance. These reports can be sorted or filtered to view specific details and downloaded to share within your dealership.

Creating an Activity Report
To create a new report:
- Choose Activity Reports from the Reporting drop-down menu.
- Click New Report.
- In the Add New Report pop-up window, click through the folders to pick the desired report. For this example, we will create a new GP% Below report.
- When ready, click Add.
- Click Edit Criteria from the menu.
- Update the Report Title to something applicable (for example, GP% Below 15).
- Fill in additional criteria for the report as desired. (Criteria varies by report.)
- Once the criteria is set, choose which field the data should be sorted by from the Sort Field drop-down.
- Finally, choose the Sort Direction for the data (Ascending or Descending).
- When ready, click Save.
- Click Report Recipients.
- Check the box to the left of any user who should receive this report via email.
- When ready, click Save.
- Click Data View to view the new report.
