PSXLink allows you to create data reports to drill into specific details about your dealership's performance. These reports can be sorted or filtered to view specific details and downloaded to share within your dealership.

Available Activity Reports

Report Description
Order Trends
Decreased Order Volume

Which wholesale accounts' order volumes are trending up or down? 

Example: Show all accounts that have placed at least 10% more orders in the last 30 days as compared to the previous 90 days. 
PSX will calculate the daily average for each period and show all accounts that have changed the percentage you select.

Increased Order Volume
Last Order Date

Which wholesale accounts have stopped ordering from your dealership? 

Example: Show all accounts that have not placed an order in the last 10 days. 
Optional criteria sample: Total sales in the last 90 days have exceeded $1,000.

New Activity

Which wholesale accounts have ordered for the first time (new and revived accounts)? 

Example: Show all accounts that have placed an order in the last five days but not in the previous 120 days. 

Order Volume Above

Which wholesale accounts exceed or fall below a specific number of orders? 

Example: Show all accounts that have a total order volume above 20 orders in the last 60 days.

Sales Trends
Decreased Sales Volume

Which wholesale accounts' sales volume is trending up or down? 

Example: Show all accounts where sales have decreased 10% or more in the last 30 days as compared to the previous 90 days.

See all specific orders that have exceeded a specific amount. 

Example: Show all orders over $2,000 in the last three days.

Which wholesale accounts exceed or fall below a specific number of orders? 

Example: Show all accounts that have a total order volume above 20 orders in the last 60 days.

Gross Profit %
GP% Above

Which wholesale accounts exceed or fall below a specific gross profit percent?

Example: Show all accounts that have a gross profit percent above 18.5% in the last 60 days. 

GP% Below
Individual Invoice GP%

Identify all invoices below a specific gross profit percent.

Example: Show all invoices with less than 10% gross profit in the last 30 days.

Individual Parts GP%

Identify all individual parts sold below a specific gross profit percent.

Example: Show all parts sold at less than 10% gross profit in the last 30 days.

Returns
Returns $ Above

Which wholesale accounts have returns above or below a specified amount?

Example: Show all accounts with total returns over $1,000 in the last 30 days.

Returns $ Below
Return Rate Above

Which wholesale accounts exceed or fall below a specific return rate?

Example: Show all accounts that have a return rate above 15% in the last 60 days.

CRM Activity
CRM Activity List

View all department staff sales contacts made in a given period of time. The report is based on the 'CRM Activity' tab on each wholesale account.

Follow-Up Report

View all department staff follow-up activities that need to be performed in a specific timeframe. You can filter this report by the assigned account representative.


Creating an Activity Report

To create a new report:

  1. Choose Activity Reports from the Reporting drop-down menu.

  2. Click New Report.

  3. In the Add New Report pop-up window, click through the folders to pick the desired report. For this example, we will create a new GP% Below report.

  4. When ready, click Add.
  5. Click Edit Criteria from the menu.

  6. Update the Report Title to something applicable (for example, GP% Below 15).

  7. Fill in additional criteria for the report as desired. (Criteria varies by report.)

  8. Once the criteria is set, choose which field the data should be sorted by from the Sort Field drop-down.

  9. Finally, choose the Sort Direction for the data (Ascending or Descending).

  10. When ready, click Save.
  11. Click Report Recipients.

  12. Check the box to the left of any user who should receive this report via email.

  13. When ready, click Save.
  14. Click Data View to view the new report.
