Processing a D2D Express Order: Isuzu U.S.

KB Article #8577

Isuzu sends backorders to OEC at 1:00 P.M. Eastern/10:00 A.M. Pacific (Monday-Friday). D2D Express presents sale opportunities to potential sellers based on distance from the buying dealer. The dealer who commits to the order first gets the sale.

Notes:

  • D2DLink enrollment is not required for Express.
  • Isuzu pays for D2D Express, and it is mandatory for all dealers.
  • Isuzu covers shipping costs, and the selling dealer receives 15% over dealer net.
  • For questions related to invoicing, dealers should contact their Isuzu District Service and Parts Manager.
  • Shipping must be confirmed by 9:10 A.M. Eastern/6:10 A.M. Pacific the next business day.
  • If you do not have a standard daily pickup, you will need to call FedEx (800-463-3339) or schedule online at FedEx.com.
