Open a record to request help for a DeliverNow order or to comment on the DeliverNow experience related to a specific trip.
To submit a help request for DeliverNow:
- From the DeliveryNow tab, click Book a Delivery.
- If you support more than one OEM, select a Brand and then click Continue.
- When the ride scheduler opens, click Close to view your booked deliveries.
- Double click the record you wish to open.
- Click the Help tab.
- Select an Issue type from the drop-down list.
Options include:
- Getting an error message
- Complaint about driver
- Damage claim
- Question about how to use the system
- Have my service suite account representative contact me
- Request vehicle pictures
- Recover lost item
- Missing parts of failed parts delivery.
- Provide a description of the issue in the text box provided.
- Once you've completed all required information, click Submit.
- You will receive a confirmation that your ticket has been submitted. Further assistance will be provided outside of DeliverNow via email. Note: The email used for follow-up is populated from My Information in OEC's Application Setup
