Removing Missed Opportunities in D2DLink

In the Awaiting Commitment section, opportunities are ordered from least to most time remaining to commit, with missed opportunities (zero minutes remaining) shown first.

The Remove Missed Opportunities button allows you to clear all opportunities marked as missed from the list.

Note: Your Missed Opportunities count (next to the Awaiting Commitment label) will still include missed opportunities removed from the list.

To remove Missed Opportunities in the Awaiting Commitment section: 

  1. Click the D2D Express tab.

  2. Click Remove Missed Opportunities. Note: Your Missed Opportunities count (next to the Awaiting Commitment label) will still include missed opportunities removed from the list.

  3. If needed, click the filter option to locate transactions for one or more OEMs.
  4. Process your transactions as usual.
