DeliverNow allows users to quickly modify the bookings displayed on the Overview window in three ways:
Notes:
- DeliverNow will recall the last view and/or filter configuration used.
- To easily locate the delivers you are looking for, OEC recommends filtering the Overview by one or more statuses. (Select Completed to view transactions that have already been delivered.)
Click the view you wish to select.
Using Trip Map View:
- Click Trip Map View
- Scheduled on-demand deliveries will display alongside a map.
Information displayed include:
- Type: On-demand delivery selection (e.g. Lyft, Lyft XL, Uber).

Route Times:
- Will display the planned estimate time of pickup from your dealership and delivery to your customer.
- Once picked up and delivered, DeliverNow will display the actual time of pickup and delivery.
- On-demand delivery details: Including customer name and phone number, order details, and person who booked the on-demand delivery. Note: Alerts may appear under the on-demand delivery details if there are any expected delays or issues.
- Driver: Driver name and photo.
- Map.
- Double click the correct transaction from the results list to view the on-demand delivery details. (Learn more about viewing the on-demand trip details.)
- When finished, click CLOSE in the bottom right-hand corner.
- Scheduled on-demand deliveries will display alongside a map.
Using Trip List View:
- Click Trip List View
- Scheduled on-demand deliveries will display in a list.
Information displayed include:-
Download. Check the box to select an on-demand delivery and click Download.
This will provide a printer-friendly version of the on-demand delivery details. -
Type. On-demand delivery service selected (e.g. Lyft, Lyft XL, Uber). Note: An alert (
) icon may appear if there are any expected delays or issues.

Route Times.

- Click the Custom Search (
) icon.
- The Custom Search window displays.
- Use one or more of the fields to narrow your search:

DATE RANGE. Select one of the following:
- LAST 30 DAYS
- LAST 7 DAYS
- TODAY
- NEXT 7 DAYS
- NEXT 30 DAYS

CUSTOM
- When CUSTOM is selected, a DATE RANGE field will populate, click in the text box to view a calendar and select your date range. Once selected, click APPLY.

- LOCATIONS:
- USERS: The OEC account used to schedule an on-demand delivery.

STATUS. Select one or more of the following:
- PENDING: Order was submitted.
- IN PROGRESS: Dealer is working on your order.
- COMPLETED: Delivery was completed.
- UNHEALTHY: Delivery trip was completed, but the driver missed a procedure (i.e., forgot to enter a VIN, didn't complete all data entry steps, etc..)
- CANCELLED: Order was cancelled.
- The following categories are not utilized for DeliverNow and should be left blank.
- TYPE
- LOANER
- CUSTOMER
- DRIVER

DATE RANGE. Select one of the following:
- Click APPLY.
- The results will display on the DeliverNow overview.
- Double click the correct transaction from the results list to view the on-demand delivery details. (Learn more about viewing the on-demand trip details.)
- When finished, click CLOSE in the bottom right-hand corner.
- To clear filters, click the X to remove the applied criteria filters.
Note: You are only able to sort from the Trip Map View.
- Click one of the column headers to sort and display transactions in an ascending order, click again to display them in descending order.
You can sort by the following columns:- CUSTOMER ARRIVAL
- LAST STOP
- FIRST STOP
- BOOKED BY
- STATUS
- ALERTS

- When finished, click CLOSE in the bottom right-hand corner.
