If needed, your scheduled on-demand delivery can be cancelled within DeliverNow. Once cancelled, both you and your buyer will be notified. Buyers may receive text notifications if a mobile phone number was used during the booking process. If DeliverNow was used on a RepairLink transaction, your buyer will be alerted with an onscreen notification as well.

Note: DeliverNow deliveries cannot be edited. On-demand deliveries must be canceled and rescheduled to update.
To cancel DeliverNow on-demand deliveries:
- From the DeliverNow tab, double-click on the transaction you wish to cancel.
- The SUMMARY page will display. Click CANCEL TRIP at the bottom of the transaction.
- Select a reason for cancelling from the drop-down.
- Reasons include:
- Client Cancellation
- Dealer Cancellation
- Cancelled in Progress
- Cancelled Unexecuted
- Other
- Reasons include:
- Once selected, type any additional notes in the provided field.
- The cancellation reason will be viewable in the on-demand delivery SUMMARY and AUDIT tabs.
- Check the box to Notify Customer of Cancellation and click CANCEL TRIP.
- Click NEVERMIND, if you do not wish to cancel the on-demand delivery and go back to the SUMMARY page.
- Your customer will also be notified of the cancellation
- If Notify Customer of Cancellation was selected, a text notification will also be sent based on the part recipient information that was entered during the booking process.
- If this was a RepairLink order, your customer will also receive an onscreen notification that the on-demand delivery has been cancelled. (Learn more about onscreen notifications.)
If needed, you can request a new on-demand delivery.
